The Nextstrain CLI is a program called nextstrain
. It aims to provide a
consistent way to run and visualize pathogen builds and access Nextstrain
components like Augur and Auspice
computing platforms, such as
Docker runtime,
Conda runtime,
Singularity runtime, and
AWS Batch runtime.
